Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team remotely. The main focus of this role is identifying alternative components for customers and supporting other engineering-related tasks. This is a fully remote position—no office attendance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable alternative components when original parts are unavailable or facing price increases.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding product specifications and selection.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth supply and project execution.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation , datasheet comparisons, and solution proposals.
• Stay updated on market trends, new product releases, and supply chain changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field .
• Strong understanding of electronic components, semiconductors, and memory/storage solutions .
• Experience in component selection, BOM management, or FAE support is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
