Responsibilities:

  • Create, Maintain and perform regression tests for Komatsu Software
  • Testing, configuration, and release of control software which involves new feature introduction and well as current feature support
  • Submit PRCR’s to document software issues discovered in the field or during testing
  • Create and maintain regression tests for group’s components
  • Test systems using the appropriate diagnostic tools with real-time test bench capability
  • Support engine/vehicle trouble-shooting on related diagnostic fault codes
  • System Test/Documentation/Support tasks
  • Create and maintain ESW test components
  • Embedded software testing when necessary
  • Perform test plans by using available tools including Calterm, RDE, INSITE, PCAN, LUIS Bench and Manual load BOX.
  • Automated testing, using ACCEPT bench
  • Create, maintain, and perform engineering calibration tuning for current KOMATSU products
  • Support engineering calibration validation for current KOMATSU products
  • Create and maintain calibration design documentation
  • Be active member of cross functional team and end user team communication
  • Perform engineering calibration tuning using tools including but not limited to CDM
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic team environment
  • Achieving first time right and seeking maximum clarity from customer as well as team
  • Time management to complete work in time
  • Meeting customer’s expectations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience with bachelors or master’s in Electronics, Electrical or Computer engineering or related field
  • Experience in verification using LabView, MATLAB /Simulink, CAN, TCP/IP, ARINC protocol.
  • Good knowledge of system testing and Test bench
  • Good Knowledge of Version control system Git, Clear Case
  • Good knowledge of CAN Protocol and J1939 protocols
  • Knowledge of Controls/Embedded software development
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with global delivery, architecture team
  • Strong Verbal, Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Interaction with stakeholders, customers in understanding requirements
  • Problem Solving and debugging skills
  • Self-motivated and passion for leading-edge technologies
