Embedded Systems Team Lead 241402

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer Team Lead to join our R&D organization and play a key role in developing the next generation of innovative products. This position combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, project management, and team development in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 Embedded Development Engineers.
• Drive the design, development, testing, verification, and maintenance of embedded systems for both existing and future products.
• Develop high-quality firmware solutions for advanced microcontroller platforms, including multi-core architectures.
• Work on multidisciplinary projects involving:
• User interfaces (UI)
• Communication protocols
• Digital signal processing (DSP)
• Control and feedback systems
• Utilize advanced laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, protocol analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, project managers, and cross-functional development teams.
• Take ownership of firmware development throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software/Firmware Development.
• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering or development teams.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken, written, and verbal communication).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical understanding of embedded systems and product development processes.
