Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer with strong expertise in embedded hardware design, STM32 firmware development, and automotive electronics . In this role, you will be responsible for the complete product development lifecycle from electronic circuit and PCB design to embedded firmware development, testing, validation, and production support.

You will work closely with hardware, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to develop reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded products for automotive and critical power applications.



Key Responsibilities Hardware Design

·      Design analog and digital electronic circuits for embedded products.

·      Develop schematics, perform component selection, and design multilayer PCBs using EDA tools.


·      Perform PCB bring-up, hardware debugging, validation, and signal integrity analysis.

·      Conduct prototype evaluation, qualification, endurance, environmental, and reliability testing.

·      Ensure compliance with applicable automotive and industry standards.


·      Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, BOMs, test reports, and manufacturing files.

·      Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors during prototype and production stages.

Embedded Software Development

·      Design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded firmware for STM32 microcontrollers using C and C++ .

·      Develop low-level software including device drivers, interrupt handlers, timers, and peripheral interfaces.

·      Implement and maintain communication protocols including CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, I2C, RS-485, TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, and Modbus .

·      Develop embedded software in accordance with coding standards, functional requirements, and cybersecurity guidelines.

·      Develop unit tests, automated test frameworks, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test solutions.

·      Validate firmware on target hardware, analyze test results, and resolve software defects.

·      Integrate and troubleshoot embedded subsystems including sensors, actuators, BLDC/servo motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), and other peripherals.

·      Participate in software architecture, code reviews, version control, documentation, and release management.

·      Support system integration, product validation, and root-cause analysis throughout the development lifecycle.

·      Develop internal engineering tools and utilities to improve testing, automation, and productivity.


·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams throughout product development and release.

Basic Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related discipline.

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems development within an R&D or product development environment.



Required Skills & Qualifications Embedded Software

·      Strong experience in STM32 firmware development.


·      Proficiency in C and Modern C++ , with solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

·      Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, real-time software, state machines, and control algorithms.

·      Experience with FreeRTOS or other embedded RTOS platforms.

·      Experience writing embedded unit tests and hardware abstraction layers.

·      Familiarity with modern software development tools including Git , debugging tools, profilers, and continuous integration.



Hardware Design & Integration

·      Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design.

·      Experience designing multilayer and high-speed PCBs.


·      Knowledge of signal integrity, power electronics, and EMC/EMI design considerations.

·      Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation.


·      Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or KiCad .

·      Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.


·      Experience integrating sensors, actuators, motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), and other embedded hardware.

·      Knowledge of component selection, PCB manufacturing, and design for manufacturability (DFM).

·      Knowledge of three-phase power systems is an advantage.

·      Experience developing automated test systems and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation.

·      Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for both hardware and firmware issues.
