Responsibilities

• Review of software requirements
• Creating test specification
• Performing manual and automated white-box and black-box tests
• Analysing and reporting results in a defined form
• Setup of test environments
• Designing test strategies and test plans for given requirements
• Solve problems and offer improvement ideas

Requirements

• MS or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Two plus years of work experience in embedded software testing, embedded software development, or equivalent
• Knowledge of C programming language in an embedded system
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with Hardware and Software engineers
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-organized and goal-oriented
• Proactive approach, ability to think ''outside of the box''
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential

Considered as an Advantage

• Good knowledge of various test methodologies
• Experience in the Automotive industry (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO26262)
• Experience with Vector CANoe and vTest Studio tool
• Familiarity with CAPL scripting language
• Experience with debugging and trace tools (Lauterbach, iSystem)
• Familiarity with Python, VBS, shell and batch scripts
