You’ll work closely with experienced engineers across hardware and software disciplines to build reliable, high-performing, and safe embedded systems. As part of the team, you’ll be involved in designing and implementing embedded software in C, developing for both real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal environments. You’ll participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing embedded systems, while continuously improving your technical skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with

  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related field.
  • Solid understanding of C programming for embedded systems.
  • Some hands-on experience with RTOS or bare-metal development.
  • Comfort working with or learning to interpret hardware schematics.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., Lauterbach, Segger).
  • Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN or Ethernet.
  • Experience using Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

It's an advantage if you have

  • Experience with MISRA C or other safety-focused coding standards.
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Polarion.
  • Exposure to functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849).

Further, we believe that you are a

  • Curious and motivated engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges.
  • Detail-oriented developer who takes pride in writing reliable and maintainable code.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys learning from others and sharing your insights.
  • Flexible and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive learner with a genuine interest in embedded software and continuous improvement.
  • Friendly, passionate, and purpose-driven person who brings positive energy and shared ambition to every challenge.
