Are you ready to spearhead technical projects for a global leader? We are looking for a high-impact Principal Embedded Software Engineer to drive the development of market-leading products within an inter-disciplinary team of electronics, mechanical, and electrical experts. This is a hands-on technical role where you will leverage your expertise in Embedded C and RTOS to bring next-generation industrial technologies to life.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex embedded software solutions primarily using Embedded C.
• Collaborate daily with multi-disciplinary hardware and mechanical engineers to integrate firmware with cutting-edge electronics.
• Take full ownership of your own projects, from initial architecture and microcontroller selection to final deployment.
• Provide technical mentorship and supervision to junior engineers, ensuring high-quality coding standards and best practices.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, microprocessors, and RTOS features into the product roadmap.
  
  

What You'll Need

• At least 5+ years of professional industry experience in Embedded Software engineering with a mastery of C.
• Proven expertise working with Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, and RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
• Strong architectural understanding of Firmware and its interaction with custom Electronics/Hardware.
• A degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Exposure to C++, C#, or high-level application development is highly advantageous for full-stack system visibility.
