An exciting opportunity for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join a growing technology business offering a 4-day working week , fully remote setup, and the chance to work on innovative electronic products used across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for someone who wants strong work-life balance while still working on technically challenging embedded systems.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain embedded software in C for electronic systems.
• Work closely with hardware engineers to understand schematics, prototype circuits, and diagnose PCB-level issues.
• Support product validation and automated testing, ideally using Python.
• Take part in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvements.
• Operate effectively in a remote engineering team while managing your own workload.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience developing embedded systems in C.
• Solid understanding of electronics and PCB-level debugging.
• Experience with prototyping, fault-finding, and hardware bring-up.
• Python knowledge for testing is a bonus.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
