  • Work in an agile Scrum team and actively contribute to Scrum events

  • Occasionally participate in reviews of specification, working group meetings, or IOP testing (may involve some travelling)

  • Comfortable in using C and Python as part of daily development work

  • Experience with - Bluetooth / WiFi / Cellular IoT/ wireless or wired-networking stacks related embedded system development, testing, qualification, or direct customer application support for these domains

    • Familiarity with Nordic’s nRF Connect SDK software ecosystem

    • Open-source contributions

    • Efficient usage of AI tools and familiarity with agentic workflow

    • Hands on experience with embedded development kits (such as - measuring power consumption for embedded applications, modifying development kits to prototype external HW integrations)

This role is open to candidates across experience levels, from recent graduates to professionals. We evaluate applicants based on skills, potential, and mindset rather than years on a résumé.

Personal Skills

You take strong ownership of your work, deliver efficiently, and stay focused on the task at hand whether collaborating with the team or driving independently. You bring excellent problem-solving skills to the table and enjoy technical discussions, turning diverse opinions into aligned, well-reasoned solutions. Beyond the technical, you're naturally curious with a genuine drive to keep learning and growing. And just as importantly, you don't take yourself too seriously - a good sense of humor goes a long way with us.
