We are seeking a skilled and motivated Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, control systems, and firmware development. As an Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and debugging of firmware for power electronic systems such as converters, inverters, and power supplies.
Responsibilities:
ยท Design and implement firmware for power converter for DC microgrid application such as Interlink Converter (AC/DC) and Battery Storage (DC/DC)
ยท Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and implement control algorithms.
ยท Develop system-level designs and perform troubleshooting.
ยท Conduct simulation and hardware testing of power electronic systems.
ยท Create design documentation and conduct design reviews.
ยท Optimize firmware for performance, efficiency, and reliability.
ยท Analyze and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues related to firmware.
ยท Develop and maintain firmware documentation for future reference and upgrades.
ยท Ensure compliance with firmware design and coding standards.
ยท Perform design and code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
ยท Identify and mitigate potential risks in firmware designs.
ยท Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in power electronics and firmware development.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
ยท Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
ยท Experience in embedded firmware development for power electronic systems.
ยท Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Assembly.
ยท Knowledge of control algorithms and power electronics.
ยท Experience with simulation tools and hardware testing.
ยท Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ยท Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desired Skills:
ยท Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
ยท Experience with Microgrid Controller operation and algorithm is a plus
ยท Familiarity with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART.
ยท Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in power electronics.

Youโll build vendor-agnostic tooling for MCU and peripheral integration to solve hardware-software integration once and for all. Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture of the driver structures and system layout
- Define scalable patterns for cross-architectural integration across bare-metal, Zephyr, Linux, and other environments
- Deconstruct complex SoC device trees and translate hardware descriptions into structured internal models for automated reasoning
- Partner with the ML team to shape data and annotation models for AI-driven data-extraction tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Familiarity with firmware configuration, SoC bring-up, and system-level debugging
- Hands-on experience with code generation tools, or low-level compiler/decompiler/emulator technologies
- Strong background in embedded toolchains: compilers, linkers, debuggers, and build systems
- Python or scripting for automation and tooling is a plus
- Experience with functional-safety standards is a plus
