About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Embedded Engineer who loves turning ideas into real products. If you enjoy designing electronics, building prototypes, solving engineering challenges, and taking products from concept to reality, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Embedded Engineer, you'll work on exciting innovations in STEM, Robotics, IoT, and consumer products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop next-generation products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electronic circuits and multilayer PCBs using industry-standard tools.
  • Select appropriate components and prepare schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing files.
  • Develop, assemble, and test embedded systems and hardware prototypes.
  • Program and debug microcontrollers such as ESP32, Arduino, STM32, and similar platforms.
  • Design and develop mechanical enclosures and product structures suitable for manufacturing.
  • Create 3D models and fabrication-ready designs using CAD tools.
  • Integrate hardware, firmware, and mechanical components into functional products.
  • Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and pilot production units.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, validation, and optimization of designs.
  • Coordinate with fabrication vendors and manufacturing partners for production support.
  • Maintain proper documentation, design files, and revision control throughout the product lifecycle.
Required SkillsElectronics & Embedded Systems
  • PCB Design using tools such as KiCad, Altium Designer, Eagle, or EasyEDA.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
  • Experience working with microcontrollers and communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi.
  • Embedded programming experience in C/C++.
Mechanical Design
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar software.
  • Experience designing enclosures and mechanical assemblies.
  • Understanding of 3D printing and rapid prototyping processes.
Prototyping & Testing
  • Hands-on experience with soldering, debugging, and hardware bring-up.
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and testing equipment.
  • Ability to independently build and validate working prototypes.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in IoT product development.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
  • Exposure to robotics and educational hardware products.
  • Familiarity with battery management systems and power electronics.
  • Experience taking products from prototype to mass production.
