Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new Wi-Fi features on the RDKB/Prpl platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance networking capabilities.

Analyze and troubleshoot networking issues related to TCP/IP and other protocols.
-
Work with TR-069, TR-181 data models, and DOCSIS/DSL/GPON technologies.
-
Ensure compliance with IEEE802.11/Wi-Fi protocols and standards.
-
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C programming
-
Proficiency in Linux system programming, kernel concepts, and debugging
-
Deep understanding of Wi-Fi technologies, IEEE 802.11 standards, and Wi-Fi feature development
-
Experience working with RDKB/Prpl platforms for broadband device development
-
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking stack and protocol troubleshooting
-
Familiarity with TR-069, TR-181 data models, and broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, DSL, or GPON
-
Knowledge of Wi-Fi security protocols (WPA/WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS, WPS)
-
Experience with network debugging tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf, etc.)

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams

Knowledge of version control systems such as Git

Strong understanding of embedded system architecture and real-time constraints
-
Good communication skills and adherence to coding standards
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
