Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new Wi-Fi features on the RDKB/Prpl platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance networking capabilities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot networking issues related to TCP/IP and other protocols.
• Work with TR-069, TR-181 data models, and DOCSIS/DSL/GPON technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE802.11/Wi-Fi protocols and standards.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C programming
• Proficiency in Linux system programming, kernel concepts, and debugging
• Deep understanding of Wi-Fi technologies, IEEE 802.11 standards, and Wi-Fi feature development
• Experience working with RDKB/Prpl platforms for broadband device development
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking stack and protocol troubleshooting
• Familiarity with TR-069, TR-181 data models, and broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, DSL, or GPON
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi security protocols (WPA/WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS, WPS)
• Experience with network debugging tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Strong understanding of embedded system architecture and real-time constraints
• Good communication skills and adherence to coding standards

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
