Embedded Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize software for embedded and Android-based devices.
• Develop applications and system services that interact with hardware sensors and peripherals.
• Build and maintain frameworks for real-time data acquisition, processing, and transmission.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and data science teams to integrate intelligent features into products.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models for edge and mobile environments.
• Interface with sensors, cameras, microphones, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other connected hardware components.
• Develop tools and pipelines for collecting, validating, and managing device-generated data.
• Troubleshoot hardware-software integration issues and perform system-level debugging.
• Enhance system performance, power efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software or Android development.
• Experience developing applications and services on the Android platform.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and hardware-software interaction.
• Experience working with sensors, device drivers, communication protocols, and peripheral interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning concepts and model deployment.
• Knowledge of Linux-based systems and debugging environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
