Job Description

Responsible for the design of hearing aid system solutions, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and overall solution planning for both hardware and software aspects.
Conduct research on driver devices and related sensors, evaluate product performance, cost, and reliability from different suppliers to support product selection.
Design, develop, and optimize embedded software code for hearing aids to ensure system stability, performance, and power consumption balance.
Participate in the research, implementation, and optimization of audio algorithms, including the implementation of sound processing, signal processing, and audio effects algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with structural engineers and electronic engineers to integrate and debug hardware and software for hearing aids, and resolve system-level issues.
Responsible for debugging and performance optimization of embedded systems, including code optimization and power management for processors such as DSP and CPU.
Write technical documents, including design specifications, user manuals, and test reports, to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications:
Master's degree or above in fields such as electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or computer science.
Experience in mass production projects related to consumer electronics is preferred.
Proficient in embedded system development, familiar with interface protocols such as I2C, I2S, serial communication, Bluetooth BT/BLE, and peripheral operations.
Solid understanding of computer fundamentals such as operating systems, data structures and algorithms, and compiler theory.
Proficient in C/C++ programming languages with good coding and debugging skills.
Experience in audio signal processing, digital signal processing, or optimization of embedded systems is a plus.
Ability to think independently, solve problems, possess strong teamwork spirit, and effective communication skills.
