ryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Controls Engineer with strong experience in Automotive Controls, Electric Vehicle Systems, Model-Based Development (MBD), Embedded Software, Vehicle Diagnostics, and HIL Testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and validating control algorithms for EV powertrain systems, charging systems, vehicle controllers, and automotive communication networks. • esDevelop, integrate, and validate embedded control software for electric and hybrid vehicle application
• s.Design and implement control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Model-Based Development methodologie
• s.Develop and maintain Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Driveline Controller, and Powertrain Controller softwar
• e.Work on EV charging systems including AC Charging (J1772), DC Fast Charging (CCS), On-Board Chargers (OBC), and Battery Management integratio
• n.Design torque management, propulsion control, and powertrain control strategie
• s.Perform software integration, debugging, and validation on HIL, SIL, MIL, and vehicle test platform
• s.Support functional safety activities in compliance with ISO 2626
• 2.Develop and execute test cases using CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL, Vehicle Spy, and dSPACE tool
• s.Troubleshoot communication and diagnostic issues using CAN, LIN, J1939, UDS, and OBD-II protocol
• s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, systems, hardware, and validation engineer
