An innovative high-technology engineering company active in the aerospace and advanced embedded systems sector is looking for a Senior Electronics Test & Verification Enginee r to strengthen its engineering team

.In this position, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating and executing verification and validation activities on complex electronic assemblies used in demanding mission-critical environments. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from early design support through qualification, integration and board-level performance testing

.This role requires a strong combination of electronics design understanding, analytical verification capability and hands-on laboratory testing expertise



Key Responsibilities

Electronic Design Verification & Technical Ownership

  • Take ownership of verification activities related to electronic hardware designs based on functional, performance and software interface requirements
  • Ensure consistency and compatibility between electronics, mechanical interfaces and cabling architecture
  • Review design assumptions and provide technical feedback to multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Contribute to technical documentation, verification matrices and engineering specification

Analysis & Compliance Assessment

  • Perform timing simulations and verification studies to validate hardware behaviour
  • Conduct engineering analyses such as
  • derating assessment
  • component stress evaluation
  • worst-case circuit analysis
  • reliability calculations
  • radiation susceptibility review
  • EMC/ESD assessment
  • and hardware FMEA/FMECA when applicable
  • Support compliance with customer and project-level quality requirement

Testing & Qualification Activities

  • Define and execute functional, electrical and performance tests at board and subsystem level
  • Support hardware integration campaigns and environmental qualification activities
  • Perform engineering inspections on incoming PCB assemblies and prototype boards
  • Troubleshoot failures, diagnose anomalies and participate in root cause investigations
  • Prepare test procedures, reports and non-conformance feedback

Project & Process Support

  • Participate in internal and external design reviews
  • Support proposal and pre-sales activities through concept studies or preliminary technical solutions
  • Monitor technical progress, workload estimations, deviations and engineering budget
  • Coordinate procurement requests for electronic components and verify incoming technical orders
  • Provide technical coaching to junior engineers and laboratory personnel when new hardware is introduce
  • Work within structured configuration and version control processe

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent technical disciplin
  • Proven experience in electronic hardware verification, debugging and system-level testin
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital electronic system
  • Experience with laboratory instruments and electronic troubleshooting methodologie
  • Professional working proficiency in Englis

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to aerospace, defence, medical or other high-reliability regulated industrie
  • Familiarity with engineering standards related to verification, quality assurance and product lifecycle documentatio
  • Experience working in controlled laboratory or cleanroom environment
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and non-conformance processe
  • Previous involvement in multidisciplinary product development project
