Work within the R&D department to design, develop, and document electronic products from concept through delivery. The role contributes with expertise in high-temperature analog electronics, system design, and product validation, ensuring reliable and innovative solutions for downhole applications.
- A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience with electronics development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with laboratory work, technical documentation, and product qualification.
- Strong Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Participate in the development of electronic products from concept through testing and qualification.
- Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and document prototypes and new product designs.
- Develop and maintain test systems used for product verification and qualification.
- Support existing products through sustaining engineering and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, assembly procedures, and QA documentation.
- Conduct technical investigations and support root cause analyses when required.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders across R&D, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Provide technical support to operational activities when needed.
