Electronics Engineer Intern – Product Development

Role Description Mastinno is looking for a passionate Electronics Engineer Intern to work on end-to-end product development. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building real products, solving engineering challenges, and transforming ideas into working products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop electronic products as per given specifications.
• Design electronic circuits and develop prototypes.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts.
• Select components and prepare BOMs.
• Develop and test embedded firmware.
• Assemble, debug, and validate prototypes.
• Perform product testing and troubleshooting.
• Document designs, test results, and development activities.
• Take ownership of the complete product development lifecycle from concept to prototype.

Required Skills:

• Strong fundamentals in Electronics and Embedded Systems.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or similar platforms.
• Basic PCB design and circuit debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Embedded C/C++ programming.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: Work From Your Place
• Friday and Saturday: Offline at Vijayawada (Near Poranki)
• Sunday: Holiday

Eligibility:

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma students or recent graduates in ECE, EEE, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical or related fields.
• Candidates must be based in Vijayawada, Machilipatnam or nearby places for the offline workdays.

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Preference:

• Candidates with hands-on electronics projects.
• Experience in PCB design, embedded systems, IoT, robotics, or product development.
• Strong interest in building real-world products.
