Electronic Engineer - Advanced Wireless Systems | RF, Digital & Embedded Electronics

Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 Gross Per Annum + Bonus + Private Healthcare

The role
You'll join a specialist engineering team developing advanced wireless hardware solutions for use in highly demanding, real-world environments.
Working closely with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you'll contribute to the development of high-performance electronic systems that are deployed where reliability, performance, and resilience are critical. The environment is highly technical and collaborative, with a strong focus on taking designs all the way through to operational use.
This is a role where you'll see your work move from concept through to deployed capability , working across the full engineering lifecycle. You'll be part of a hands-on team that values technical ownership, problem-solving, and close collaboration, tackling complex challenges that require both depth and creativity.
Engineers within the team are exposed to a broad range of technologies, including RF, analogue and digital electronics, signal processing, embedded systems, FPGA-based platforms, and wireless communications , providing excellent opportunities to develop both specialist and cross-disciplinary expertise.
