r to support component substitution, product qualification, electrical testing, and manufacturing implementation for consumer electronic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic circuits, component qualification, electrical measurements, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams

nIdentify suitable alternate electronic components based on existing part specifications and circuit functionality

.Evaluate the impact of alternate components on PCB designs and recommend necessary design modifications

.Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations for alternate components
.Qualification Plannin

gCollaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to develop qualification plans for alternate components and PCB changes

.Recommend appropriate validation and reliability tests to ensure product performance and compliance
.Electrical Testin

gPerform electrical testing using standard laboratory equipment, including

:Digital multimeter

sOscilloscope

sPower supplie

sElectronic load
-
sDelegate testing activities to technicians or laboratory personnel when appropriate

.Follow established laboratory safety procedures and testing protocols

nAnalyze test data and review results with Engineering and Quality teams

.Recommend next steps based on qualification outcomes

.Develop implementation and product transition plans, including Alpha, Beta, and Gamma production builds
.Manufacturing & Operations Suppor

tPartner with Operations to implement approved component changes into product Bills of Materials (BOMs)

.Coordinate engineering change implementation across manufacturing facilities

.Monitor production after implementation and gather feedback to ensure successful deployment
.Required Qualification

sBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
-
.1–3+ years of experience in electrical product design, component qualification, or new product development
-
.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and understand circuit operation

.Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment, including
-
:Multimeter

sOscilloscope
-
sBench power supplie

sElectronic load
-
sProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

.Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
.Preferred Qualification

sExperience with high-voltage circuits (120–277 VAC) used in lighting control applications
