Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understudy lift electronics manager and learn about lift repair electronics repair.

Diagnose and repair faults in lift electronic systems, including control boards, wiring, and

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevator electrical and electronic
- Interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues.
- Test and calibrate sensors, relays, drives, and safety devices, where required.
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency / cyclical repair requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve complex system faults.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and technical reports.
- Support modernization and upgrade projects for existing lift systems, where necessary.

Any other ad-hoc work assigned by manager / supervisor.

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic programming or diagnostic software skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- May require on-call duties and emergency response.
- Work involves both indoor and on-site building environments.

Work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Attention to detail, time management and reliability, communication and teamwork skills.
