Job Description
- Seeking a Cold Plate & PCB Rework Technician with strong experience in PCB rework, cold plate assembly/rework, component-level troubleshooting, and electronics repair .
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in soldering, PCB modifications, failure analysis, root cause debugging, and using oscilloscopes, DVMs, and schematics.
- Experience supporting engineering teams, validating test stations, performing RMA repairs, and working in high-volume electronics manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and hardware troubleshooting skills are essential.
