Application Engineer

AarieTech Inc. is actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Application Engineer with strong experience in ASIC Design and Intellectual Property (IP) management to support one of our leading clients.

Client is Looking for US Citizen and green cards only

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage and maintain IP information, metadata, and technical documentation

✔ Review and analyze NDA and IP contract documents

✔ Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and compare IP offerings

✔ Organize and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets

✔ Develop reports and summaries for management and business stakeholders

✔ Leverage scripting and automation tools to streamline data collection and reporting

🔹 Required Skills:

✅ Strong understanding of ASIC Design Flow and IPs used in semiconductor/chip design

✅ Ability to interpret technical and legal documentation

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Strong organizational and analytical abilities

✅ Experience managing confidential information

✅ Knowledge of scripting/automation tools is a plus

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering

• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience
