Job Role: Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

Duration: Full Time

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)



Responsibilities

:Design and development of high-performance analog integrated circuits, including amplifiers, data converters, voltage regulators, and other analog signal processing circuits

.Conduct detailed design simulations, verification, and validation to ensure circuit performance meets specifications and quality standards

.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital designers, layout engineers, and system architects, to ensure seamless integration of analog and digital components

.Drive innovation by researching and implementing advanced design techniques, methodologies, and emerging technologies

.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

.Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the improvement of design processes and standards

.Support the testing, characterization, and debugging of analog ICs, working closely with the test engineering team to optimize performance and yield

.Document design specifications, methodologies, and test results, ensuring comprehensive and accurate technical documentation

Requirement

s:MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on CMOS analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit desi

gn5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes (PhD experience may be considered as experience), successful tape-out experience with leading foundri

esStrong knowledge in analog/mixed signal circuits such as OpAmps, bandgap, voltage/current referenc

esFamiliar with common EDA environment tools, CAD tools and Analog design methodology including design, simulation, layout, and verification tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics etc

.)In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniqu

esHands-on experience with analog mixed-signal IC development from definition to high-volume production including layout supervision and bench characterizati
