About Us
Our team designs power circuits for all ranges of DRAM products of SK hynix. We predict and analyze power circuits (including voltage reference, charge-pump, and low dropout regulator) compatible with advanced DRAM and logic processes and Power Domain Networks by using advanced EDA tools, securing robust competitive-edges for next-generation products.
What We Do
1) Pre-evaluating the impact of different power circuit placements during the early design phase and designing and verifying block-level and top-level blocks at the actual design phase. Design the circuits using DRAM or logic foundry process models before performing physical design and post-simulation to check overall characteristics and identify flaws
2) Developing and improving power circuits that ensure optimal operations for advanced processes and various voltages
3) Evaluating PND-related characteristics and IR-Drop within the chip using EDA tools
4) Analyzing power-related failures at wafer or package level in parallel to respond to issues during HVM for successful production
