What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the PHY design team in executing design projects from specification to final product.
• Conducting design reviews for block and top design/verification to ensure sign-off.
• Driving research activities for new design architecture and design flow.
• Collaborating with global technical teams to discuss technology and design flow topics.
• Leading technical discussions in customer meetings and global technical forums.
• Contributing to the development of industrial standards relevant to the team's products.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications.
• 14+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design.
• 7+ years of experience in High-Speed Interface designs (DDR, HBM, HBI, Serdes).
• 5+ years of experience in Design Management and Project Leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in customer communication.
• Experience in managing engineering teams (for Manager position).
• Proficiency in English communication.
