About The Role
Join Analog Devices as an Analog Design Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You’ll work on high-performance power management solutions including DC-DC converters, LDOs, and switching regulators. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs from concept to silicon.

Key Responsibilities

Circuit Design & Development: Design analog and mixed-signal ICs, focusing on power management blocks such as DC-DC converters, LDOs, and switching regulators.

Simulation & Verification: Perform transistor-level simulations and block-level evaluations to ensure performance across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) corners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product definition, layout, verification, test, and applications teams to meet design and performance goals.

Design Robustness: Apply statistical design techniques to enhance reliability and manufacturability.

Lab Validation: Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.) to validate silicon performance and troubleshoot issues.

Documentation: Generate detailed design documentation, simulation reports, and test plans to support design reviews and product release.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Solid understanding of analog circuit fundamentals, especially in power management.

Experience with simulation tools such as SPICE, Cadence, or MATLAB.

Familiarity with CMOS design principles and IC layout considerations.

Hands-on lab experience with standard measurement equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under guidance.
Preferred Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

0–2 years of experience in analog IC design.

Exposure to power management ICs or switching regulator design is a plus.
