Analog Design Engineer Intern

Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) designs and manufactures semiconductor products and solutions. We enable our customers to interpret the world around us by providing high power density integrated solution for the Data Center market.

Group Description:

The Data Center and Energy Group develops next-generation power conversion ICs for a broad range of Data Center and power conversion markets.

As our real-world analog signal processing capabilities in power products advance, there is an increasing demand for high-density power solutions. To achieve this goal, our team of analog and digital designers works on ground-breaking products by combining cutting-edge process technologies with advanced power IC design techniques.

The Data Center and Energy Group is seeking a new college graduate or a master thesis student to join our European development team in Catania and Milan (Italy).

Responsibilities:

In our growing Energy and Datacenter in Milan, Italy, Analog Devices we offer position for Internships including the possibility of Master Thesis in the fields of Analog Design and IC Evaluation and Application. This group designs ICs in Power Delivery for Datacenters applications.

Our challenge is to get maximum power density coupled with precision analog designs. During an internship in our experienced analog design team, you will learn to

  • Design High Precision Analog Circuits
  • Design in High Voltage BCD processes
  • Design for Robustness
  • Understand how to turn Customer requirements into Design Specifications
  • Perform Pre- and Post Silicon Verification

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
