Our ASIC team designs and integrates some of the industry’s most advanced SOCs powering our high‑performance emulation platforms. We are looking for a DFT Enginee r who loves technical challenges, innovation, and working on cutting‑edge silicon architectures

What You’ll Work

• On Defining and inserting DFT architectures (SCAN, ATPG, LBIST, Memory BIST, JTAG.
• Generating & validating test patterns (RTL & gate‑level.
• Collaborating closely with ASIC designers across the full design flow.
• Bringing up test vectors on ATE for silicon and production rampup.
• Supporting defect analysis and yield improvement.
• Innovating testability/DFT for next‑generation technologies & SOCs.

What You Will Do:

• A background in electronics or microelectronics engineering with proven DFT experience on ASICs or SoCs.
• Strong expertise in SCAN insertion, ATPG, LBIST, Memory BIST, and associated tools (Tessent, TMAX, etc.
• Solid understanding of ASIC design flows: RTL simulation, synthesis, STA, IEEE standards (1500, 1149.1, 1687/IJTAG), hierarchical DFT.
• Proficiency in Verilog/VHDL, Perl, Shell, TCL, and daily hands‑on experience with Linux.
• The ability to communicate effectively in both English and French, share ideas constructively, and contribute to team‑wide decision
