主要工作內容 (Key Responsibilities)
1. Feature Development & Implementation: Develop and implement server management features within the firmware framework, ensuring robust performance throughout the product lifecycle.
2. Platform Integration: Hands-on firmware integration from Alpha to Production, ensuring seamless hardware-software interactions on x86 platforms.
3. System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze system behaviors to identify bottlenecks and engineer effective solutions for complex firmware issues.
4. Technical Documentation & Standards: Create technical specifications and maintain quality standards to ensure system scalability.
5. Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a cross-functional team, sharing technical insights and contributing to collective success.
人才需具備 (Preferred Qualifications)
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in system firmware or software development, and a solid understanding of hardware-software interactions.
2. Proven understanding of x86 server architecture, Linux and common networking protocols.
3. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively in English within a global team environment.
4. Proactive in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Agents) to optimize development workflows, enhance code quality, and improve efficiency.
加分項目 (Considered a Plus)
1. Open Source Contribution: Active participation or development experience in OSP (Open Software Platform), OpenBMC, or OCP (Open Compute Project), demonstrating the ability to contribute to global technology standards.
2. Deep Domain Expertise: Advanced understanding of server management architectures, including IPMI, Redfish, or complex BMC hardware-software interactions.
3. Modern Engineering Excellence: Practical experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and high-quality firmware delivery.
4. System-Level Insights: Proven proficiency in C programming and Embedded Linux environments, with specialized insights into kernel-level optimization or driver-level development.
