Role: VHDL/Firmware Senior Engineer
We are looking for engineers who are excited to design and implement high-performance FPGA systems, with a strong focus on real-time DSP.
What You’ll Do

Develop FPGA firmware using VHDL for high-speed signal processing applications

Design and implement DSP algorithms (filters, FFTs, detection, etc.) on FPGA
-
Work with Xilinx tools (Vivado) for design, synthesis, timing closure, and debugging
-
Interface with high-speed ADC/DACs and RF front-end systems
-
Optimize designs for latency, throughput, and resource utilization
-
Collaborate with hardware and RF teams for system integration and validation
-
Participate in bring-up, testing, and performance tuning of FPGA-based systems
What We’re Looking For

Strong fundamentals in digital design and computer architecture
-
Hands-on experience with VHDL (or Verilog) and FPGA development
-
Good understanding of DSP concepts (FFT, filtering, sampling theory, fixed-point implementation)
-
Experience with Xilinx Vivado toolchain
-
Familiarity with simulation and debugging tools (ModelSim, Vivado Simulator, ILA, etc.)

Understanding of clocking, timing constraints, and CDC (clock domain crossing)
-
Ability to translate algorithms into efficient hardware implementations
Nice to Have
-
Experience with RF systems, SDR, radar, or high-speed data acquisition

Familiarity with AXI interfaces and high-speed protocols

Experience with HLS (High-Level Synthesis) or MATLAB-to-FPGA workflows

Knowledge of embedded processors within FPGA (Zynq, MicroBlaze)

Exposure to PCIe, JESD204B/C, or high-speed serial interfaces
