Job Title: Test Engineer – Automotive / Embedded Systems

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer with strong experience in automotive and embedded system validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test planning, execution, data analysis, and validation of components/systems to ensure compliance with design, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply engineering principles and analytical tools to develop detailed test plans and procedures for validating design parts and components.

Execute functional, performance, and compliance testing to ensure products meet design acceptance criteria and internal/external standards.

Design and configure test setups, create test specifications, and manage test schedules.

Conduct moderately complex testing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and repeatability of results.

Document, analyze, and summarize test results, providing clear technical reports and presentations.

Identify design issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions or design improvements.

Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret test outcomes and support product development decisions.

Determine whether additional testing is required based on results and findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in test engineering or related validation roles.

Strong experience in automotive testing, software validation, or embedded systems testing.

Hands-on experience with tools such as:

INCA
-
CANalyzer
-
CANoe
-
Proficiency in programming languages: C, C++, C#, and Python.

Experience with microcontroller I/O programming and control logic.

Strong knowledge of software testing and calibration processes.

Ability to analyze test data and predict system performance/failure behavior.

Strong communication skills for technical reporting and presentations.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in automotive ECU testing or embedded validation environments.
