Team Lead - Automotive Power Electronics

Role Description

• Strong foundation in power electronics, including design of DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives, and related control circuits.
• Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools (such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, PSpice, LTspice, or similar), and familiarity with PCB design workflows.
• Experience with automotive standards and practices, including EMI/EMC considerations, functional safety (ISO 26262), WCCA, DFMEA and reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with testing and validation of power electronic hardware, using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and load banks.
• Demonstrated capability in leading engineering teams, managing tasks and timelines, and conducting technical reviews.
• Prior experience in automotive domains is must have.
