Seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in firmware development, system-level debugging and customer-facing technical support within high-performance computing and storage environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6 + years of firmware or applications engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and NVMe technologies.
• Experience analyzing protocol traces and troubleshooting system-level issues.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and data structures.
• Experience with Git and hardware debugging tools (JTAG, ICE, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Understanding of enterprise storage systems and related hardware architectures.
• Experience using hardware and system diagnostic tools for troubleshooting, signal analysis and performance validation.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing, storage or data center technologies.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
