Honeywell's Anthem Integrated Flight Deck is the Future of Flight

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Software Engineer I to join our Aerospace Electronic Solutions team. In this role, you will help shape the future of flight by designing, developing, and integrating next‑generation avionics systems for both fixed‑wing aircraft and Urban Air Mobility platforms.

You will play a hands‑on role across the full system lifecycle, from system definition and integration to validation and verification, supporting cutting‑edge avionics platforms. Your work will directly enable laboratory and on‑aircraft testing, ensuring performance, reliability, and certification readiness as these advanced systems move from concept to flight.

LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ
WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid   Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

• Support IMA systems software integration activities
• Assist with software validation and verification efforts
• Contribute to Key Program Indicators (KPI) tracking and validation
• Participate in requirements analysis and decomposition
• Support model-based development and system design activities
• Assist with integration testing and troubleshooting
