Key Responsibilities

SoC/MCU embedded RTOS system experience is a must
-
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for SoC/MCU-based systems using RTOS environments
-
Implement and optimize RTOS-based system components, task scheduling, inter-task communication, and memory management
-
Develop and maintain DMC (Dock Management Controller) firmware modules
-
Build and enhance automation pipelines for firmware build, testing, and validation
-
Develop low-level drivers and middleware for embedded peripherals and interfaces
-
Debug and resolve complex firmware, system, and hardware interaction issues
-
Contribute to firmware documentation, coding standards, and best practice
-
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
5–8+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware / Embedded Software Development
-
Strong proficiency in C and C++
-
Working knowledge of Python for scripting, tools, and automation
-
Mandatory experience with SoC/MCU-based embedded RTOS systems
-
Strong understanding of RTOS concepts (tasks, threads, IPC, timers, synchronization)
-
Hands-on experience with automation pipeline development (CI/CD, build systems, test automation)
-
Solid firmware debugging skills and experience in using debugging tools

Chinese language proficiency
Preferred / Plus Skills

Experience with Zephyr RTOS

Hands-on experience with UART, I2C, and SPI interfaces

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RTOS-based firmware for dock and IoT-enabled embedded platforms
-
Implement IoT device manageability features, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, diagnostics, and firmware updates
-
Develop and integrate IoT communication stacks and protocols for device‑to‑cloud and device‑to‑device communication
-
Build and enhance automation pipelines for firmware builds, testing, validation, and release
-
Develop low-level drivers and middleware for SoC/MCU platforms
-
Debug firmware issues involving networking, and hardware interactions
-
Collaborate with cloud, hardware, security, and validation teams to deliver scalable IoT solutions
Work Experience

5–8+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware / Embedded Software Development

Strong proficiency in C and C++

Working experience with Python for scripting, tooling, and automation

Mandatory experience with SoC/MCU-based RTOS systems

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage CI/CD pipeline development, including build, integration, test, and release automation
-
Develop and maintain software/scripts for CI/CD workflows and engineering automation
-
Provide support to team in the development and implementation of dock technology products
-
Define, develop, and execute automation test plans aligned with firmware and system requirements
-
Coordinate across firmware, hardware, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution
-
Track project schedules, risks, and deliverables; proactively drive issue resolution
-
Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Overall, 5–8+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware / Embedded Software domain
· Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
· 3+ years of Project Requirement Management in engineering or technology-driven projects
· Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline software and script development
· Hands‑on experience with automation test plan development
· Understanding of software/firmware development lifecycle and engineering workflows
· Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
· Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
