Project Role Description : Write the software that powers and operates a silicon chip. Develop pre-silicon firmware and software with a direct interface to hardware. Integrate and develop C tests/APIs and software build flow. Perform design and code reviews. Test and validate product implementations.

As a Silicon Firmware and Embedded Engineer, a typical day involves writing software that controls and operates silicon chips, focusing on developing firmware and software before the silicon is finalized. The role includes creating and integrating tests and application programming interfaces in the C programming language, managing software build processes, and collaborating with team members through design and code reviews. Additionally, the engineer tests and validates product implementations to ensure functionality and performance meet the required standards, contributing to the overall success of silicon product development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Embedded C.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and hardware-software interfacing.
• Experience in developing and debugging firmware for silicon chips.
• Familiarity with software build systems and version control tools.
• Ability to perform detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
