About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Firmware Developer to join a high-performing engineering team developing next-generation smart connected devices. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative embedded products used by millions of customers worldwide.


As a Senior Firmware Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for cutting-edge wireless and IoT devices while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Mobile, Cloud, and QA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for commercial products.
  • Develop high-quality software using C and C++ on Embedded Linux and RTOS platforms.
  • Lead firmware feature development from design through production release.
  • Optimize firmware for performance, memory usage, power consumption, and reliability.
  • Bring up new hardware platforms, SoCs, sensors, and peripherals.
  • Develop and maintain low-level drivers and embedded software components.
  • Debug and resolve complex firmware and hardware integration issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture discussions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support technical excellence across the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++.
  • Experience with Embedded Linux and RTOS environments.
  • Experience developing firmware for wireless, networking, or IoT devices.
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and debugging techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
