Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Verification Engineer located on Ring Road. The Senior Verification Engineer will design and execute verification plans, develop test benches and test cases, and ensure thorough functional and performance validation of complex hardware or system designs. Responsibilities include writing verification specifications, creating and maintaining verification environments, running regression tests, analyzing results, and identifying and documenting design issues. The role involves close collaboration with design, architecture, and firmware teams to review requirements, refine test strategies, and drive resolution of defects. The Senior Verification Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to process improvements, and support project planning by providing verification estimates and risk assessments.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong expertise in hardware or system verification methodologies (e.g., functional verification, constrained-random testing, coverage-driven verification, and regression management).

Candidates should have solid skills in verification languages and tools (such as SystemVerilog, UVM or similar frameworks, simulation tools, and debugging utilities).

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding design specifications, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and communicating verification status clearly.

Candidates should be capable of creating structured test plans, writing detailed test cases, and analyzing coverage metrics to ensure verification completeness.

Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to root-cause analysis and defect tracking.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with several years of relevant verification experience in the semiconductor or technology domain.

Experience mentoring junior engineers, contributing to process and tool improvements, and working in fast-paced product development environments is highly beneficial.
