该职位来源于猎聘 Senior/Staff SOC Firmware Engineer Introduction We are seeking a Firmware Engineer to join our ASIC service team, focusing on firmware development for ARM architecture-based server CPUs. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of low-level firmware components. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain low-level firmware components for ARM server CPUs, including BootROM, SCP (System Control Processor), MCP (Management Control Processor), power management, reset, clock, RAS (Reliability/Availability/Serviceability), and CMN (Coherent Mesh Network) firmware.
Port, customize, and optimize industry-standard firmware stacks: ARM Trusted Firmware-, UEFI/EDK2, ACPI, and OpenBMC for our server platforms.
Lead pre-silicon firmware validation on FPGA and emulation platforms, and post-silicon bring-up and testing activities from initial power-on to full system functionality.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for firmware components to ensure compliance with functional, performance, and security requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define firmware-hardware interfaces and resolve integration issues.
Develop customized firmware features to meet specific customer requirements and support product differentiation.
Maintain firmware documentation, including design specifications, release notes, and user guides. Basic Qualifications

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with ARM Trusted Firmware and UEFI/EDK2 framework development for server platforms.
Knowledge of secure boot and trusted computing technologies, including UEFI Secure Boot and ARM Trusted Boot.
Experience with SCP firmware development and SCMI (System Control and Management Interface) protocol implementation.
Familiarity with server RAS features and their firmware implementation.
Experience with OpenBMC development and server management firmware.
Familiarity with ARM SystemReady and ServerReady certification requirements and firmware-level enablement.
In-depth understanding of server-grade security architectures, including hardware root of trust, firmware security hardening, and trusted computing bases.
