Senior SoC Firmware Debug Engineer

We are looking for a Senior SoC Firmware Debug Engineer with strong ARM CPU subsystem experience to act as a bridge between Hardware and Firmware teams. The role focuses on firmware-driven validation, system bring-up, and cross-layer debugging .

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface for firmware teams
• Debug boot failures, system hangs, and performance issues
• Perform cross-layer debug (RTL / SoC / Firmware)
• Support pre-silicon validation and post-silicon bring-up

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ARM Cortex-A/R, cache, MMU, coherency, GIC
• Experience with AMBA protocols (AXI, ACE, CHI)
• Firmware debug experience (boot flow, C/C++)
• Hands-on with VCS, Xcelium, Verdi, or SimVision

Good to Have:

• Emulation/FPGA (ZeBu, Palladium)
• CoreSight, Linux/RTOS exposure
• Multi-core or high-performance SoCs
