Role: Senior Schematic Engineer / Senior High Speed Design Engineer / Senior Hardware Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Location: Puducherry / Chennai

Salary: Up to 25 LPA

Tool Knowledge: Cadence / Allegro / Altium

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

1. Strong knowledge of high-speed schematic design and ability to handle end-to-end product development from requirement capture to mass production and board bring-up. RF design knowledge is an added advantage.
2. Strong experience with platforms such as ARM processors, FPGAs, and microcontrollers/controllers from vendors like Xilinx, NXP, Microchip, etc.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR4, 1G/10G optical/electrical, USB 3.0, MIPI, as well as low-speed interfaces such as SPI, I2C, and UART.
4. Experience in modern communication and networking-based projects is an added advantage.
5. Ability to guide PCB layout teams on design requirements, review stack-up, evaluate layout, and analyze signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulation results. Ability to collaborate effectively with mechanical and cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to independently manage tasks from initiation to delivery, ensuring high-quality product output.
7. Capability to prepare technical documentation such as Engineering Specifications, bring-up plans, testing documents, and validation reports.
8. Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as digital oscilloscope, multimeter, and function generator.
9. Knowledge of spectrum analyzers and SMD soldering is an added advantage. Strong expertise in PCB bring-up and debugging, with ability to guide and support the team.
