IF YOU ARE

• An expert in C/C++ and Python programming with 6+ years of software development experience
• A holder of an MSc or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Experienced in building AI-driven Robotics Perception or Agentic systems
• Skilled in developing robotics simulations, especially for Reinforcement Learning or Synthetic Data Generation workflows
• Knowledgeable in several of the following technologies and domains: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, simulation/rendering tools such as Nvidia Isaac, Bullet, or Blender, object detection, segmentation, tracking, action planning, GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, Imitation Learning, Natural Language Processing, Point Cloud/RGB-D processing, and GPU-accelerated computing
• Proficient in designing software architectures and implementing advanced, efficient algorithms
• Competent in Unix/Linux systems, understanding networking, communication protocols, and cloud integrations for multi-robot or robot-cloud systems
• Versed in testing, continuous integration, MLOps practices, build/deployment processes, and system monitoring
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities, a solid mathematical foundation, and a problem-solving mindset
• A technology enthusiast who continually seeks to learn and share knowledge
• Open to short- and long-term onsite assignments
• Collaborative, communicative, and effective within diverse teams
• Comfortable communicating in English at an upper-intermediate level

• Work with robots all over the world, both remotely and onsite, during business trips
• Design and develop solutions for various types of robots, including mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones
• Develop AI models based on the latest state-of-the-art
• Work with promptable and foundation models
• Build multiple rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions
• Test AI and robotics solutions in simulation and the real world
• Build reinforcement and imitation learning pipelines
• Integrate robots with cloud services
• Design automated robotic AI systems to increase production and precision within specific industries
