Project Description:

We are searching for a QA Engineer with a strong background in testing video and audio solutions to join our Kraków team. In this hybrid position, your primary mission will be to lead the verification and validation of advanced audio video conferencing products, ensuring top-tier performance for our global customers.


Responsibilities

Video & Audio Solution Testing (Primary Focus):

Take the lead in hands-on testing of video and audio products, such as cameras, microphones and conferencing systems.

Analyze, design, and execute test scenarios focused on real-world audio/video usage, assessing streaming quality, feature sets, and cross-platform integration.

Collaborate actively with product teams to set and maintain the highest quality standards for multimedia devices.

Embedded & Cross-Platform Testing

Drive testing of multimedia device performance in embedded Linux and Android environments, plus Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS systems.

Validate a full range of device connectivity, emphasizing AV quality over USB, Bluetooth, and Wifi/Ethernet.

Test Planning & Execution

Review requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test coverage with special priority for audio/video features.

Maintain and execute detailed test cases, ensuring thorough evaluation around AV quality and product risk.

Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports on product quality


Skills

Minimum 4-5 years in QA/testing roles

Advanced experience working in embedded Linux and Android environments.

Strong cross-platform testing skills (Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS) with a focus on audio/video functionality.

Understanding of AV codecs, streaming protocols, and multimedia performance metrics.

Understanding of USB, Bluetooth, and Wifi/Ethernet protocols.

Proven ability to clearly document test results and communicate findings effectively.
