Job Title: Senior PCB Layout Engineer (Altium/RF Design)

Location: Northampton, MA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PCB Designer / PCB Layout Engineer with strong Altium Designer expertise to support RF and mixed-signal PCB development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience designing multilayer high-speed PCBs, working closely with hardware engineers, and supporting PCB manufacturing and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize multilayer PCB layouts for performance and manufacturability.
• Develop PCB floorplans, routing strategies, and manufacturing documentation.
• Integrate mixed-signal and RF designs into PCB layouts.
• Generate artwork files, fabrication drawings, and PCB documentation.
• Perform design rule checks (DRC) and ensure PCB compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on RF amplifier and RF power pallet designs.
• Support PCB integration, assembly, and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors using DFM and DFA best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of PCB design and layout experience.
• Strong proficiency with Altium Designer .
• Experience with multilayer PCB designs (8-layer preferred) .
• Hands-on experience with high-speed PCB layouts .
• Knowledge of mixed-signal and RF PCB integration .
• Experience creating manufacturing drawings and documentation.
• Familiarity with DFM and DFA methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• RF power amplifier design experience.
• RF power pallet design exposure.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
