We are expanding our engineering team in Indore and are looking for a passionate and experienced Firmware Engineer to help build next-generation avionics systems.
Position: Firmware Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled embedded firmware professional with strong experience in microcontroller-based systems and embedded product development.
This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to contribute to safety-critical aviation technology.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
• Strong experience with:
STM32 (mandatory)
ESP32 (preferred)
NXP / nRF or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
• Experience working with RTOS, communication protocols, and hardware interfaces.
• Proven experience developing firmware for embedded systems products.
• Understanding of safety-critical or avionics-grade development environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with LVGL and experience in DSP is a plus.

Have 10+ years of relevant industry experience
Are available for immediate joining
Are willing to relocate to Indore, MP, India
