As a Senior Firmware Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for cutting-edge wireless and IoT devices while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Mobile, Cloud, and QA.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for commercial products.

Develop high-quality software using C and C++ on Embedded Linux and RTOS platforms.

Lead firmware feature development from design through production release.

Optimize firmware for performance, memory usage, power consumption, and reliability.

Bring up new hardware platforms, SoCs, sensors, and peripherals.

Develop and maintain low-level drivers and embedded software components.

Debug and resolve complex firmware and hardware integration issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture discussions.

Mentor junior engineers and support technical excellence across the team.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.

Strong programming skills in C and C++.

Experience with Embedded Linux and RTOS environments.

Experience developing firmware for wireless, networking, or IoT devices.

Solid understanding of embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and debugging techniques.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.
