AAdharshila Mobility Pvt. Ltd. (Bluprints) is looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer with hands-on experience in Smart Meter firmware development.

Bluprints is a design and manufacturing company working in Smart Utility Meters, Thermal Receipt Printers, Mobile Printers, Desktop Auto-Cutter Printers, Direct Thermal Label Barcode Printers and Thermal Transfer Printers.

Position - Senior Firmware Engineer

Location – Gurugram

Employment Type – Full-Time

Department- R&D / Embedded Firmware

·      Strong experience in Embedded C programming.

·      Hands-on experience in Smart Energy Meter / Smart Utility Meter firmware.

·      Experience with 8/16/32-bit microcontroller or microprocessor-based solutions.

·      Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, timers, RTC, Flash/EEPROM, GPIO, watchdog and interrupts.

·      Practical knowledge of DLMS/COSEM, RF, GPRS and IIoT communication.

·      Experience with precision ADCs, metering ICs, calibration and measurement systems.

·      Hardware-firmware debugging experience.

·      Knowledge of GitHub repository management, version control, branching, pull requests, code review, release tagging and firmware revision history.

·      Experience in Renesas microcontrollers will be an added advantage.

·      B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or related field.

·      5 to 10 years of experience in embedded firmware development.

·      Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Smart Energy Meter / Smart Utility Meter firmware preferred.

·      Computer Science candidates can be considered if they have strong embedded firmware and microcontroller-based product experience.

·      Develop and validate firmware for smart meter solutions.

·      Work on metering, communication, calibration, diagnostics and protocol modules.

·      Support hardware bring-up, debugging, testing and production validation.

·      Manage firmware source code using GitHub repositories.

·      Maintain firmware version control, release history and technical documentation.

·      Work closely with hardware, QA/QC, production and field support teams.

·      Ensure product reliability, communication stability and firmware quality.

Candidates with strong experience in Smart Meter, DLMS/COSEM, RF/GPRS communication, precision measurement, GitHub-based firmware version control and embedded firmware development are encouraged to apply.
