Job Description:
You will play a key role in DO-254 Complex Electronic Hardware programs, providing technical support and leadership for the design, development, verification, and validation of safety-critical FPGA based camera systems
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and verify HDL designs using Verilog, VHDL, and SystemVerilog, including simulation environments and comprehensive verification testbenches, ensuring full compliance with DO-254 guidelines
Provide support for DO-254 certification of an FPGA-based camera systems
Mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices, communication, and project discipline
Assist in defining project-level scope, objectives, Develop and maintain detailed project plans
Good understanding of the following concepts: Multi Clock domain designs, Asynchronous interface, CDC
Interconnect interface protocol knowledge - AXI, AXI-Stream, Avalon
External Memory controller - SDRAM, DDR Memory, Flash memory
Video interface - Cameralink/ MIPI-CSI / MIPI-DSI / SDI / UVC /Analog video(NTSC/PAL)
Strong understanding of interrupt types and communication protocols, including SPI, I2C, and UART.
Tools : Quartus Prime / Xilinx ISE / Xilinx Vivado / Lattice Diamond / Lattice Radiant
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Elcetrical or Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering
3+ years of experience in FPGA design and development with DO-254 complience
Experience with FPGA tools and embedded systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with internal teams
Ability to work independently and coordinate technical teams
