Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer (Hardware Design) – On-Site

We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer with exceptional expertise in Electronic Hardware Design. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience designing embedded hardware from concept to production and should be capable of leading complete hardware development projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality embedded hardware solutions for commercial and industrial products.
Develop complete electronic hardware architecture from concept to production.
Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits.
Design professional multi-layer PCBs (2-layer, 4-layer, 6-layer and above).
Create complete schematics using professional EDA software.
Select suitable electronic components based on performance, cost, and availability.
Design power supply circuits including AC/DC, DC/DC converters, battery charging, battery management systems (BMS), and protection circuits.
Develop hardware using STM32, ARM Cortex, ESP32, NXP, TI, Microchip, and similar embedded platforms.
Design communication interfaces including:
UART
SPI
I2C
CAN Bus
RS485
USB
Ethernet
Modbus
LoRa
BLE
Wi-Fi
Perform hardware simulations, calculations, and design verification.
Conduct PCB reviews, signal integrity analysis, and power integrity analysis.
Debug hardware using Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Function Generator, Multimeter, and other laboratory equipment.
Perform prototype bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
Generate complete manufacturing documentation including:
Schematics
PCB Layouts
Gerber Files
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Pick & Place Files
Assembly Drawings
Coordinate with Embedded Firmware Engineers during hardware integration.
Ensure compliance with EMC/EMI, ESD, IPC, and manufacturing standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior hardware engineers.
